9-29-17 I wanna adrress some things. I dont know that this can be called the 'fullest' version of the game, i would tell you yes but i really cant verify that. Also in a few months the SNES Classic will be out that has a formal release of this game for the first time. If you want to feel/have legit SF2 now thats the formal way to get it. If a future SNES classic owner would like to compare the formal release and this rom, i would love to hear about your findings.So I recently got a 'new' computer, and i wanted to do something to celebrate the occasion!
